Your crew. Every stop. One place.

Dispatch mapped properties, follow progress, and record completed work.

Crew members need an invitation from their dispatcher. Use the email address they invited.

Property details & customer

Customer portal access

Enabling access allows the saved email to see completed visits assigned to this customer and photos marked for sharing. New assignments use this customer. Historical visits retain their original customer; they are not automatically shared.

Billing & billables

Draft charges for review. Hourly work uses active work time with a 60-minute first-visit minimum and 30-minute return minimum; no additional rounding increments. Helper visits and flagged times are held for review.

Property pricing & history

Pricing is saved by effective date. New entries change draft calculations from that date onward; these are not finalized invoices. Existing entries cannot be overwritten.

Dispatch a route

Assign a saved route, reuse a previous daily route, or build a new one.

Reuse a previous daily route

Copies the stop list with current property maps. Driver and date are chosen before dispatch. Completed visits are not reopened.

DISPATCH WORK

Build a route

Choose properties from the shared company library. Map and instruction updates reach unfinished assignments; completed records retain their visit version.

Keeps the first stop fixed and reduces straight-line distance. Review for roads, gates and priorities; this does not estimate driving time.

    Crew access

Create a crew login with their name, email, and password. Give those details to the employee privately; this form does not send messages. Existing accounts keep their current password.

Uncheck to authorize an existing account or let the employee sign up themselves. Passwords are not shown in your crew list.

    Navigate in Google Maps ↗

Tap Arrive when you reach the property; tap Finish & leave when leaving. Pause stops active work time but keeps the visit open. These are crew-recorded times, not automatic geofence detections.

    Service record

    Visit weather

Nearby station observations, not a measurement at this property. Snow depth and pavement conditions must be recorded in work notes. Weather retries while the operations page is open.

    Visit photos

An after photo from this visit is required before finishing.

JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each. Photos are visible only to the assigned crew and dispatcher.

    Truck & time targets

Set these allowances for this route. Warnings appear after a limit is exceeded; no driving-time estimates are included.

    Company map

    Recorded driver trail

Recorded phone positions include timestamps and accuracy. Gaps are not proof of continuous coverage.

    Generate balanced routes

Choose properties, expected service minutes, and drivers. Review the proposed routes before dispatching.

Travel is estimated from straight-line distance × multiplier ÷ speed. These are editable planning assumptions, not Google road times. Gates, traffic, equipment, and service windows are not modeled. Review every route.

Employee shifts include travel. Property visits remain separate. Totals below are elapsed hours, not payroll wages or overtime calculations.

BUILD → SAVE → ASSIGN FOR A STORM

Build once, then assign a driver, truck and service date for each storm. Each property belongs to one saved route. Editing these plans does not change a daily assignment that has already been dispatched.

Click a property pin to add or remove it from the route you are editing.

Gray pins are unassigned. Route colors identify saved plans. Dashed lines show stop order, not driving roads. During editing, pins show a preview until you save.

    Assign saved route

This creates the daily assignment using the current property maps and instructions. The saved plan stays in your library.
